So, It's the brief intro about APTA, now get to the APTA Fest'19 in which I was a piece of the squad.
Later on I was not a part of GCU-ACM Student Chapter, but I licked as a volunteer in the Finance Team for their event APTA Fest'19. At the outset I felt that my choice was wrong to go into the finance team because I desired to go into the content team. And there is a lot of abasement in finance.

But my dear friends Ahmad Tariq who is finance head and Shahmeer who was sub-head of finance team both corporate with the team and cast a great deal of efforts to prepare this event successful. As the time passes I kept on going and acquiring experience, and see that it was a sound decision to get into Ahmad's team 🌝.

Thus, the whole APTA'19 team kept on working to get two days event splendid under the superintendence of Sir Muhammad Hafeez the adviser of GCU-ACM Student Chapter, he supported us very good.

APTA Fest'19 was held on February 11 & 12. This event included many educational workshops and seminars for students all over Pakistan. For the sake of amusement, it also included some competitions like gaming, coding, etc. As it is also an art festival, thus on that point are some social consequences and some art festival. For this purpose some teachers was invited as a judge in digital art and sketching.

There were Microsoft Seminars after the opening ceremony. In which some guest speakers from Microsoft Pakistan were invited to speak about their experience. Other seminars included Game Development, AR, VR, etc. So, every guest speaker gave his best to train the students. There is necessary for every institution to held educational seminars for the training of their students.

Social events include Eat n click, Scavenger Hunt, etc. Art competitions included  Drawing, Sketching, Digital Art, etc. Social team has abased the finance team very well 😛😛😛.Maria Malik was the head of social team. According to Finance Head,

But, dear Ahmad one thing I want to state you that

By the way they really worked hard.

Each person made his best to support APTA'19, especially executives of GCU-ACM Student Chapter. Ahmad Habib (President), Mueed Sajjad (Vice President), Dua Kureshi (Vice President), Taha Hussain (General Secretary),Asad Masood (Media Head), Mazhar Fareed (Society Manager), Ahmad Tariq (Finance Head), Tafseer-UL-Hassan (Information Secretary), Tooba Ahmed (Graphics Head) and  Aimen Noor (Photography Head).

GCU-ACM Executives 2018-19

The President and Vice Presidents have served this society from the beginning and their degree is almost going to be accomplished. I bid them good fortune for their future.

When I took admission in GCU in 2015, I saw the APTA'16 happening. Only happening😆😆. Immediately I found out the whole event and played as a volunteer in APTA'19.

Graphics, Photography and Media team has the special role in the advertisement of every event. Tooba and Taha had the controls on graphics and believe me they create splendid posters, flexes, etc to attract the audience. Aimen and her team captured the every moment of APTA Fest'19 and Asad and his team kept on posting them on socail media. I saw many fights between graphics and media team. But its a part of every commitment.

Okay Okay😆😆

Students from all over the Pakistan participated in different competitions and seminars. They learned a lot. May be they have not seen the tech and art event like this. There was a lot of interest during the two days of APTA Fest'19. So, after two days of working, come to the closing ceremony. The Head of Department Dr. Syed Asad Raza Kazmi and Adviser of GCU-ACM Student Chapter M. Hafeez was present there along with respected faculty members. HOD appreciated the whole team and their work. Every individual who served this event was given shields and certificates for their hard work. And the participants and winners of the competitions also got shields and certificates. It’s my pleasure to receive the shield from the president. Thank you everyone who voted for my work.

I want to say thanks to GCU-ACM for believing in me. I learned a lot and acquired lot of experience. And here is the APTA Fest'19 comes to an end. I wish the whole team good luck for their upcoming events.

How Do Hospitals Prepare for Empty Beds Pandemic?

As the no. of coronavirus cases across the country rises, the number of beds available in hospitals dramatically falls. With an already dysfunctional healthcare system, Pakistan prepares for the worst as coronavirus peak seems imminent. At more than 96,000 cases confirmed so far, the number of total cases has already far exceeded China’s – the epicenter of the outbreak. There are already reports of some private hospitals turning away new coronavirus patients due to a shortage of beds. Government officials have repeatedly claimed that the situation is “under control”. However, top health officials across the country and beyond believe that the current health system simply lacks the infrastructure to handle the coming influx of patients. At this stage, no province possesses either the hospital beds or the ventilators required to take care of the ever-increasing coronavirus patients. However, many believe that the worst is yet to come. Qaisar Sajjad, the Pakistan Medical Association’s sec...

Short Courses Institutions Should Be Banned In the Lockdown

The Coronavirus has discarded all the academic activities for the students as well as for the educational institutions. Before the lockdown, students were busy in gaining knowledge in different institutions, like schools, universities, colleges, and training institutions. Well, I am not against these institutions, but on the other side, private training institutions are running their business by charging high fees from students but not giving the knowledge they want. This mafia brainwashes the students and asks them to go against the universities and colleges, which is unethical. The universities and colleges are very important for every person because they help the students groom physically, spiritually, and mentally. There is no comparison with the private training institutions mafia. On the other hand, private training mafia-like PNY Group of Companies, NexSkill, ZAFF Institute, EVS Institute , etc are playing with students' lives.  Okay, I don't talk about what he...
